The process of parametric design, describing forms and shape transformations with logical rules, algorithms, and algorithms may deprive an artist of getting pleasure from the direct sensation of material. The tactile experience which shapes a model is substituted by numerical data. I materialize the first-time reaction to that technological separation in the ceramic object “Pleasure”, which emanates vague corporeality and arouses the desire for direct contact. The source of the soft and organic deformations lies in the mathematical equation for the Bezier curve. This curve, popularly used in computer graphics, in my code has become a substitute for touch. The curve is a part of the interface and I use it for “manual” modification of surface curvatures. Thus, I am able to bring the intuitive factor to the process of parametric transformations.
